What is STEPtember?

STEPtember is a fun, virtual and sporty event that challenges you to walk, swim, ride, wheel or spin your way to 10,000 steps per day from 1 - 30 September: all while helping to improve the lives of children and adults living with cerebral palsy.

MEET THE TRAINERS

Our amazing trainers live with cerebral palsy and will be here throughout your STEPteptember journey to help motivate you and share their tips and tricks for success! All you have to do is take the first step. They’ll help you with the rest.

Lotte

A cheerful, active and social girl with a passion for music. Lotte does not shy away from a new challenge. With her enthusiasm Lotte will be there to motivate you this STEPtember.

Themba

Themba is mad about football. Frame Football at the club or at home with his dad, it’s all about football! A sportive STEPtember trainer who can’t wait to go on the STEPtember adventure with you!

Leena

Leena is a busy bee. She loves to try out all kinds of sports. Passionate about her son, volunteers work, acting and modelling. Her energy will motivate you to join in. Every step matters.

Jeffrey

An adventurous and enthusiastic top athlete. As Paralympic skier he knows how to encourage you to reach your goals. He signed up as STEPtember trainer to stand up for people with cerebral palsy.
